About Me
"Transformation is in your blood," said one of my co-workers as I shared my excitement with our complex project. Upon closer reflection, I realized I have been driven by a passion for creating lasting, positive change—a value I witnessed from my parents who dedicated themselves to serving their community.
This sense of purpose has shaped my career, from my early days as a Career Preparation Instructor with the U.S. Department of Labor to my role as a Digital Transformation Leader at a Financial Services company. Currently, as a Career Transition Consultant for a Fortune Global 500 company, I have continued to be at the forefront of both personal and organizational transformation.
Most recently, I helped my daughter Kaily co-found her 501(c)(3) nonprofit called Lawtino Case, Corp as she too was inspired to make change happen in her community. The legacy of service and community transformation continues!
